Cancellation Policy

ARS offers cancellations with no charge for products and services canceled prior to shipping or subscribing and/or registering for service.  If you wish to cancel any service provided by ARS you will need to send a written request.  To send a written request for cancellation: You may send an email request to accounting@arsmanager.com.  You may also send a fax request to ARS at (972) 230-8719. In addition, you may send your request by postal mail to PO Box 1127 DeSoto Tx 75123.  ARS requests that you please provide your contact information including username, email address and phone number.  Your account will be canceled within the next business day and you will receive a confirmation by return e-mail or fax. (Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for a month that has already been billed.)

Refund Policy

If within the first thirty (30) days from your initial trial registration or sign-up of service, whichever is first, you may request a refund from ARS for your subscription fee.  Provided that you submit a cancellation notice to ARS, per the terms set forth in ARS's Cancellation Policy, your previously paid Subscription fee shall be refunded.  Generally, Set up fees are not subject to refund.  Upon the expiration of thirty (30) days, from your initial trial registration or sign-up of service, whichever is first, subscription fees processed prior to receipt of notice of cancellation will not be refunded.
