How difficult is it to retrieve my data?

It’s easy.  Using the Remote Backup software, you simply select the files you want to restore.  The system will restore the files back to their original location or you can change the location where you want the files to be restored too.  In addition, you can restore one file or your entire data set, and you can even choose among multiple backup versions.  

If you are restoring your data to a new computer you would have only two extra steps. First, you would need to load the Agency Backup's Remote Backup software to the new computer.  Then you would select the disaster recovery option and enter your encryption key code.  It's that simple.

How long will a restore take?

The time it takes to restore your data is, for the most part, a function of your download bandwidth speed.

Is there any charge to restore?

There is no charge for you to restore your data online.  However, in the unlikely circumstance that you need personal assistance in managing the restoration process there would be additional charges
