Billing Questions

How much does it cost?

The backup service is only $24.95 per month for up to 1 gigabyte of compressed storage data, and only $10.00 for each additional gigabyte of compressed storage space or portion there of. 

1 gigabyte of compressed storage data is equivalent to approximately 2-4 gigabytes of data on your computer depending on the type of files backed up.

How do I pay?

We accept payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express) and e-Check or (ACH) only.  Simply input your billing information during the signup process when prompted to do so. You will be asked for your credit card number for billing purposes.  Thereafter, you will be automatically billed each month.

Is there a charge to restore my data?

There is no charge for you to restore your data online.  However, in the unlikely circumstance that you need personal assistance in managing the restoration process there would be additional charges.

How do I cancel my Agency Backup service?

If you wish to cancel your Agency Backup account with ARS you will need to send a written request.  You may send an email request to accounting@arsmanager.com.  You may also send a fax request to ARS at (972) 230 - 8719.  Please provide your contact information including username, email address and phone number.  Your account will be canceled within the next business day and you will receive a confirmation by return e-mail or fax. (Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for a month that has already been billed.)  For more information, please see ARS's official cancellation and refund policies.
